Yes, all shipping methods have tracking. Note that the quality of tracking may differ for some local carriers.
How do I use a promotion code?
Once you click ‘View Shopping Bag and Checkout’, you will be re-directed to the ‘View Shopping Bag’ page. Here you will find a field to enter your discount code. Your order total will be adjusted accordingly.
How can I track the status of my order?

How soon will I receive my order?
An estimated time of delivery for all items is on average around 6 days.
Please note that Rayzor Store aims to dispatch all orders within 2-7 days (this may take a bit longer during sale periods) unless otherwise stated on the Site. Estimated delivery times are to be used as a guide only. We are not responsible for any delays caused by the local customs clearance processes.
Can I return items?
Due to the method Rayzor Store uses to keep product costs low but using high quality materials, we unfortunately can not offer refunds for our items. (read the full returns policy here)
